During this time, he focused primarily on three twin (4 and 9 percent) LIHTC projects throughout Montgomery County in Maryland. A noteworthy success was successfully submitting and being awarded the 2023 competitive LIHTC funding round for Maryland's 9% award.

Mr. Schroeder received his undergraduate business degree in finance from Georgetown University in 2023. During his time at Georgetown University, he worked for GPI Investments in Houston, TX and Beacon Capital Partners in Boston, MA, and completed $1.2 million in commercial and residential transactions. As an expert financial analyst, he consults numerous companies with analyzing potential acquisitions and developments across all asset types; including A.CRE Consulting, Montgomery Housing Partnership, and Island Development Group. Mr. Schroeder is a member of ULI's Young Leader's Group.
