Mrs. Mills worked for Exxon Company USA for 13 years before leaving to start her own business in 1992. Bobbye became a licensed agent in 1990 and a broker in 1991 with Summit Properties_BJMills where she has served as the broker of record for the past 29 years. She supervises 5 independent contractors and 1 staff person. Mills earned a Master of Architecture Degree in Community Development in May 2012, she has served as a housing consultant and Project Manager for the Houston Area Urban Community Development (HAUCDC). Under her leadership, HAUCDC now owns or controls more than 332 units in 3 years, built more than 24 units of new c, and continues to work in the construction industry.
