Over 40 years in Houston gives Daniel Parker vast knowledge in the Houston residential real estate industry. He has marketed and sold over 200,000,000 of real estate and was named one of HAR's Top 20 rising stars in 2012. After spending ten years at Greenwood King Properties, he joined New Leaf in 2016. Daniel offers his clients extraordinary knowledge in new construction, residential resale, town homes, and first time home buyers. He also operates a small remodeling company which gives his clients access to numerous contractors, trades, and the tools needed to get his listing top dollar on the market. He also specializes in representing clients on the second home or vacation properties. He has vast experience in large acreage country property with sales all over the state of Texas. He has even begun to help clients in their quest for houses in other states around the country.

A native Houstonian, Daniel attended Lamar High School and then earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Texas A&M University. This strengthened his masterful negotiation skills, and has given him a strong Houston network. Married to his wife Amanda since April of 2012, he has two sons, and four legged daughter named Loma.

His background in real estate has not only come from experience, but from his family. Exposure to the industry began early with his mother, a long time agent and a successful top producer. His father is president of Parker House Inc., a well respected high-end builder throughout Houston. Migrated from Greece in 1997, Stylianos fell in love with the Hotel and Restaurant industry and graduated at University of Houston in 2004. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Stylianos' 23 year tenure in the hospitality industry has taught him that passionate attention to quality, detail and consistency must be delivered to each client each time.

Buying his first home in Houston ignited Stylianos' interest in real estate. A Houstonian since his move from Greece in 1997, and a current resident of Inner Loop in Houston; where he lives with his wife and 2 kids, is an enthusiastic member of the community.
