A native Houstonian, Daniel attended Lamar High School and then earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Texas A&M University. This strengthened his masterful negotiation skills, and has given him a strong Houston network. Married to his wife Amanda since April of 2012, he has two sons, and four legged daughter named Loma.

His background in real estate has not only come from experience, but from his family. Exposure to the industry began early with his mother, a long time agent and a successful top producer. His father is president of Parker House Inc., a well respected high-end builder throughout Houston.
