Lara Nesmith is a Realtor whose successful practice incorporates a major part of the Houston metropolitan area. Lara is experienced and knowledgeable, works in all price ranges, and introduces her clients to the very best properties.

A top producer since 1989 and a member of the Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty's Circle of Excellence and Hall of Fame, currently a Luxury Specialist at Coldwell Banker, Lara works in Memorial, Memorial Villages, Sugar Land and has an expanding practice in Galveston as well. She is also experienced in the particular requirements of relocation buyers and sellers moving into or away from Houston.

Lara is proud that the majority of her business is referrals and repeat clients. I have worked with some of my clients as many as five times in the purchase or sale of their homes, Lara says. She attributes her success to long hours, strong market knowledge and top negotiating skills. My favorite compliment is when I'm told that I helped a client find the perfect house and made the transaction not only successful but enjoyable. We also help our sellers to stage their home prior to putting it on the market in order to help it sell for the best price, and we can also help buyers design and plan their remodel of a home. Lara has earned the Certified Senior Residential Specialist (CSRS) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designations, Luxury Specialist and has been recognized with the Texas Monthly Five Star Real Estate Agent award.

One of Lara's greatest assets is the ability to really listen. Once a client has described what they are looking for, I can search for property through their eyes, Lara says. And I always remember that purchasing a home or land for a home is one of the most important decisions most people will ever make. My working partner Trey also means a client gets two for one personal service.

Lara is a fourth generation Houstonian who grew up in Spring Valley and Memorial. She attended the University of Houston and Texas A&M University. Lara is married and has two adult sons, one of whom, Trey Nesmith, is a Realtor and has worked alongside Lara for many years as her working partner.

Dawn is a seasoned professional who brings immense talent to the real estate world. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Architecture, she spent nine years working as a design and production architect for an award-winning commercial Landscape Architecture firm. During that time, her expertise was utilized in helping design projects that changed the landscape of Houston. Leaving this corporate role, Dawn developed a successful design firm specializing in residential design and construction. Today, this combined experience has given her an intimate knowledge of the diverse neighborhoods of Houston. This has proven to be a great asset when assisting her buyers and sellers.

With a rich architectural background, Dawn provides an extra level of knowledge when it comes to design possibilities, quality of construction and spotting possible issues that need to be investigated. STEVEN McCONNELL SMITH Steve Smith has specialized in business law and real estate litigation. He has worked as an attorney representing some of Houston's largest banks and real estate companies. Mr. Smith has multi-state real estate experience and is familiar with real estate and banking laws in over thirty states. He has represented large mortgage companies and has developed a thorough legal knowledge of all real estate transactions. Mr. Smith is an expert in technology and uses that experience to manage his trial and commercial lending docket and to provide consulting services to his clients. Prior to beginning his legal career he worked in commercial real estate as a licensed real estate broker. Steve is the broker and co-founder with Mary McBeth of Village Properties.

Bridget Degan began her real estate career 14 years ago immediately developing a strong clientele base and enduring friendships. As a native Houstonian, growing up in Montrose and Royden Oaks areas, she is now a resident of Spring Branch. An active person with strong interpersonal skills, Bridget provides concierge customer service for all of her client's real estate needs.
