After living 5 years in Florida, Luis and his family moved to The Woodlands in 2005 where he started investing in Real Estate. Luis has been buying selling, flipping and renting properties throughout the years, gaining experience and knowledge about the housing market. Wes Sheets joined The Heyl Group in 2024 and brings a wealth of experience and expertise with him. I have been a Real Estate Agent since 2003, after graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, and later a Masters in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University. Before joining The Heyl Group, I focused on multi-family sales throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana [and the Midwest region in general] as well as residential real estate sales on the Texas Gulf Coast. I am in tune with current market conditions in the area and what drives value for clients, and I take great pride in providing clients with candid feedback.
