While real estate pays commissions, agents do not make commissions if we do not secure a property for our clients. Before leasing you must have a general area of where you want to live, have a 620 credit score or higher, inform me of any prior convictions or evictions (expect you may be required to pay several months up front), 3 pay stubs or recent Tax documents, and a valid ID. If you have pets, they must be preapproved. Expect that you will pay a non refundable deposit for pets. Expect that you will have to place down 1st months rent and equal deposit.
