Kristi has been in the real estate and construction industry since 2004. She began her career in the industry working as a Marketing professional for a general contractor. In 2008 she joined a small civil and structural engineering firm, where she was responsible for interacting with architects, contractors and other real estate professionals to develop business for her firm.

After 12 years in the commercial industry, and a few personal real estate investments, she decided to use her knowledge to help buyers and sellers find their dream home.

Kristi is a graduate of St. Pius X High School and Texas A&M University. After attending school in the area, she and her husband purchased their first home in 2004 and they have resided in Shepherd Park Plaza since 2004. She focuses her efforts on the Timbergrove/Lazybrook & Garden Oaks/Oak Forest/Shepherd Park Plaza area.

Kristi is married to her high school sweetheart and, together, they have three children.

With years of experience as an entrepreneur Melissa brings her expertise of creativity , negotiation, marketing and ability to solve obstacles that present themselves along the way. After graduating from OSU, I spent many years in the corporate sales environment as a top salesperson and sales manager. I began my real estate career in June 1999 and have been one of the top agents in Houston since 2002. As a top producing agent at Keller Williams for more than 10 years, all the accolades, awards and acomplishments wouldn't mean much without creating happy clients along the way. Year-to-date, more than 70% of my business can be attributed to word-of-mouth referrals from past clients. I believe today's real estate requires specialization.
