Currently, he calls the Oak Forest/Garden Oaks area his home, but his journey has taken him through various neighborhoods, including Spring Branch, Kingwood, Southwest Houston, Sugar Land, West Chase, Humble, and North Houston. His extensive experience and exposure to these diverse communities have uniquely positioned him to understand the unique characteristics and amenities of each area, enabling him to effectively assist families in finding the ideal neighborhood and residence to call home.

When Farias is not busy serving his customers, he loves to dedicate his time to his family, wife, and kids. He also finds joy in engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling. Additionally, he is passionate about training Brazilian jiu-jitsu and has achieved the rank of a brown belt.

Native Houstonian Angela Igo is a marketing whiz. An account executive for 11 years with the Houston Chronicle real estate department, Angela earned the paper’s Publisher’s Club Award three times. She worked with agents from almost every real estate brokerage in Houston, day-in and day-out, and learned what works in marketing real estate – and what doesn’t. Angela also learned that real estate transactions, while exciting, can be stressful, and that a good agent understands the emotional roller coaster being experienced by their clients.

“My husband has been a builder for 15 years, so between the two of us, I’ve seen what it takes to be successful in this business,” says Angela. “My work at the Chronicle producing the Sunday real estate advertising section was exacting and it taught me to be very detail-oriented.”
