I am a South Texas State College of Law Graduate. I came into the real estate profession with a legal background for a large law firm here in Houston. My extensive career as a paralegal was very rewarding and taught me many things that I believe I have benefited from in the real estate industry.

Being a multi-million dollar producer I had more than five million dollars in listings; I know firsthand the emotions and stress involved with the home buying/selling process. That is why I always take a proactive approach to ease the tension of the whole process, by assessing your needs up front so it will enable me to not only meet but to exceed your expectations.

I have sold property in Austin, College Station and out of State through preferred Brokers that I work with & interviewed thoroughly before placing my client into their hands. I also have acquired National and International Investors.

I hold the nationally recognized Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. The GRI designation signifies the graduate has completed an advanced education program in specialized subjects such as legal issues, finance, marketing, real estate investments, professional standards and technology tools. Less than 10 percent of the Texas Association of Realtors holds the GRI designation.

Terry Jeanes, a native Houstonian, has an extensive background and network connecting her to many in Houston. Graduating with a University of Houston BBA-Marketing (1983), she immediately began as a Realtor. Her production awards span local, state, and regional sectors with Century 21 and RE/MAX. In addition to her top-ranking status, Terry has been recognized by the Houston Association of Realtors with the Progressive Professional Award and HAR Presidential Citations. Her career designations include Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of the Realtors Institute, and the REMAX Lifetime Achievement Award. Hunter Hill was born and raised in Houston and currently resides in Friendswood. Hunter started his career as a licensed Emergency Medical Technician/Firefighter until he decided to make a career change into the real estate industry in 2016. Hunter has spent the past 9 years helping Houstonians come up with complex solutions for their real estate needs. He has worked alongside two different local real estate investment firms working with their Acquisitions Team where he was the top producer 4 times. Hunter brings with him knowledge of over 500 transactions which include project management, rental investments, flix and flips, sales negotiation, and sales management.
