Sabrina is a California native who graduated from California State University, San Bernardino with a B.S. in Accounting, Minor in Finance. She began her Real Estate career experience working in multifamily and commercial real estate. She supports The Way Home, Houston charity that aims to end chronic homelessness. Her hobbies include writing and traveling with her family. Having traveled all over the world, there is nowhere like Houston and nowhere she would rather live.

Chrystall Burton is a native Houstonian with a BBA Degree in Accounting from Prairie View A & M University. n She enjoys teaching others the importance of home-ownership and financial literacy to 1st time home-buyers. Her passion to help others is easily notice as she extends her consistent dedication and knowledge in the real estate industry. In her spare time she loves to teach classic dance, attend theater and arts shows, watch her sons play sports, and spending quality family time. Personable and approachable, Susan enjoys connecting with people of all walks of life. Immigrating to the United States in 1977, Susan was faced with acclimating to a new culture and environment at a very young age. Growing up, she was inspired by her parents' strong work ethic, tenacity and resiliency.

After graduating from Cypress Creek High School, Susan was able to experience briefly life as a "longhorn" at The University of Texas. She went on to further her education in photography at The Art Institute of Houston and a B.A. in Business Marketing from the University of Houston. Prior to her career in residential real estate, Susan worked at Vitol where she honed her attention to detail reviewing oil and gas contracts and immersing in the rigorous world of commodities trading. Her genuine interest in people and their life story contributes to her success in helping buyers find their dream home. In addition, she prides herself in giving back to the community with each transaction.

Susan, in her free time, loves hanging out with her family and their three dogs, staying active, traveling, reading and photography. A resident in Houston for over three decades, she appreciates the city's diversity and ever-changing landscape.

It was during her time working at the Mosaic on Hermann Park, a luxury high-rise condominium development, that this top producing Broker, decided to put her contract-to-closing experience to work and pursue her Realtor's license. Fast-forward eleven years, and she has not only achieved incredible success, but she now has her own full-service, boutique real estate firm, HTX Living, LLC. She was recognized by the Houston Association of Realtors as a Top 20 Under 40 Rising Star, and her success as an agent has translated to big accomplishments with her team as well. While at KW Memorial for almost 5 years, her team was honored for 1st place in gross closed income and 2nd place for both listing volume and closed units. As a Baylor University graduate, she smartly carved a unique niche for herself as an estate property sales expert early in her career. After working as a licensed assistant for a top producer at Martha Turner Properties, she built strong relationships with probate and estate attorneys, certified public accountants and financial advisers by billing herself as the "Queen of Probate." Doing so allowed her to gain footing in the more luxury-type neighborhoods early on. "Estate listings aren't always the nicest or prettiest, but they typically sell the quickest," she explains, adding that this experience established her credibility with real estate investors. It is one of the driving forces behind her decision to start her very own brokerage. After gaining some knowledge as a Broker Associate at a smaller firm called Tammy Bateman Properties, Jessica decided to make her final move with her team and open HTX Living. The reputation that she and her colleagues have established precedes them and she believes this is because they closely monitor contractual deadlines, skillfully manage expectations and remain in close communication, even executing after the transaction.
