My passion for real estate first began at a very young age. I grew up watching my parents invest in real estate and remodel homes. I decided to turn this long time interest into a career. Whether buying or selling a home, there is no bigger decision than choosing the realtor who will represent you in a transaction. After completing my education at the University of Missouri, I relocated to Houston in 2008 with the aim of pursuing a career in biomedical engineering. Throughout my early years as a corporate scientist, I discovered passive income through real estate investing, and have utilized many strategies throughout the last 12 years, including househacking, BRRRR and buy and hold investments. Having personally experienced the process of buying and selling homes as an investor myself, I approach every transaction with the same level of care and dedication as if it were my own home.

Caroline Horsley has made Houston TX her home since 1996 and Spring Branch since 2000. She became a muti-family property manager and succeeded at her career until January of 2019. She then realized her dream of becoming a licensed real estate agent

Caroline's experience includes extensive remodeling in a property management position including the office, models and choosing finishes for the entire property which was a high end property in the Memorial Park Area. She also handled all of the construction aspects of the property both in the apartments and out. She handled all the budgeting, advertising, sales, proposals and overseeing repairs while remodeling and picking out all high end finishes. She has also extensively remodeled her 1960 mid-century modern home in the heart of Spring Branch.

Some of her volunteer experience has come in the form of being on the board of the Spring Branch Civic Association, Board member of PTA at her daughters school .She is a former board member of the Spring Branch Moms Club.

One of the ways I have become very familiar with the Spring Branch area is I am a marathon runner and have enjoyed watching the area change and grow in the best way! I am the running realtor, literally and figuratively. I am always willing to go the extra mile for my clients
