As for what I do and how I might be able to help you beyond our listings for lease: Fat Property owns and operates over 500 units in Houston -- primarily in the midtown/Montrose and other inner loop areas. We've done over $25,000,000 in deals (which doesn't include buying/selling for clients). So if you're looking to buy or sell a large multifamily property, we can help. We often buy and sell 'of market' properties. If that's something you're interested in, contact my office and they'll put me in touch with you. To best help with a purchase (on or off market), the more I know about your buying criteria, the better.
If I were to be blunt, I'd tell you that I got my real estate license to help avoid dealing with agents as much on my own projects. However, I do think a good agent can provide value. I've tried to learn from what I saw was true value in what an agent can provide to make sure I'm providing a value myself.
When helping clients, my primary focus is on buyer representation for multifamily investment properties. Specifically in inner loop where I have a great deal of experience in what properties should go for and how to get you the right deal.
If you're looking to buy a single family home, or looking for someone to list a single family home, I'm not likely the best choice. There are several other agents who are much more qualified.
