I am a born and raised Houstonian. I grew up in a construction oriented family where at an early age I remember seeing the transformation of small houses into beautiful homes. Growing up in the Northside of Houston I've seen first hand the revitalization of the Heights and Lindale Park areas. Nothing makes me prouder then being part of these historic neighborhoods getting a facelift. I love seeing my clients faces when they find that perfect home or when they get more than what they expected for theirs. With my background I can make sure my clients are truly getting a the perfect home. I also make sure they get top dollar for their homes when they are ready to a sell. I walk them through the buying and selling process answering any question they may have until the very end.

Eddie began in real estate as an analyst, examining residential and commercial property appraisals at Initech Appraisals and Butler Burgher Group. Eddie also worked in the hospitality industry, where he assisted in the opening of various unique concepts in the Houston-area over the last 17 years. Mr. Massa has extensive knowledge of the Houston market and has over 14 years experience working in the real estate industry.

Kenny Terrell is a native Texan who grew up in the Houston area and currently resides in the Heights. He is very knowledgeable with the Houston area and is eager and willing to go the extra mile to help you find the right neighborhood for your real estate needs.

As a youth Kenny achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. This experience led to his appreciation of the importance of community and of service above self. Kenny graduated from Texas A&M University and still has a strong passion for all things Aggie. Kenny is also a veteran of United States Air Force serving in the 17th Special Operation Squadron.

Kenny possesses many qualities that make him an excellent Realtor. He is hardworking, energetic and knows the importance of building connections. Plus, he’s ready to put his knowledge, abilities and skills to work to help buyers and sellers succeed.

Kenny and his wife Marianne enjoy participating in many of the events the Heights community has to offer, benefiting from several of the Houston museums, and taking pleasure in outdoors activities.

During her illustrious 32-year career with the Houston Police Department, where areas of her work ranged from proactive criminal investigations involving narcotics and vice activities of organized criminal enterprises, developing training curriculum, designing a peer support program for police employees, and serving as a mediator for the city of Houston, Linda promoted to supervisory and mid-command level positions and worked on the chief's staff for several chiefs of police.








Linda received an honorable discharge and segued into the private sector to pursue a lifestyle of a customer-driven, service-oriented career in real estate. She attributes her professional development in the area of budget, audits, policy analysis, program evaluation, and strategic planning as foundational to proper fiscal stewardship for Houston and Katy area buyers and sellers. Residing in Fulshear, Texas, Linda has made several successful real estate investments throughout Texas, from San Angelo to Canyon Lake, Sugarland, west Fort Bend County, Montgomery County and north, east and central Houston.

Linda realizes that a customer's investment in time and effort to seek real estate opportunities is a very important decision not to be taken lightly. She attributes a high level of enthusiasm as necessary to meet customer demands and recognizes that it is this attribute that enabled her to achieve leadership positions and academic success at the FBI National Academy, National Hispanic Professional Organization, Houston Baptist University, and the University of Houston Clear Lake graduate program. Linda maintains a network of Houston and regional professionals in several disciplines and communities as a result of the collaborative relationships she has built throughout her career. Her desire to help others with their real estate needs is the reason she joined HTX- Living. She looks forward to the privilege of continuing to serve others in this capacity.
