With her Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation from the National Association of Realtors she educates seniors and their families on their options. When not assisting clients, Janett enjoys spending time with her family, road trips and volunteering.

After completing my education at the University of Missouri, I relocated to Houston in 2008 with the aim of pursuing a career in biomedical engineering. Throughout my early years as a corporate scientist, I discovered passive income through real estate investing, and have utilized many strategies throughout the last 12 years, including househacking, BRRRR and buy and hold investments. Having personally experienced the process of buying and selling homes as an investor myself, I approach every transaction with the same level of care and dedication as if it were my own home.

My favorite part of real estate is meeting new clients and forming a long lasting relationship, although getting to show unique Houston homes is a definite plus! I take pride in knowing and understanding the different markets Houston has to offer, as well as keeping a good eye out for up and coming neighborhoods. When it comes to the areas of Houston I specialize in, I find it limiting to focus on just one specific area. As you can see from my previous sales, I go pretty much anywhere my clients want me to go.
