Native Houstonian and resident of Garden Oaks, Shannon Sullivan, has been a licensed Realtor since 2006. She is a great asset to anyone looking for profitable investment opportunities due to her extensive background in the residential lease market. Shannon was a partner in starting the John Daugherty Leasing Division in 2010 and attributes much of her knowledge to keeping up with the fast-paced rental market. She loves the constant growth of our city and is always excited about the ever-changing development taking place on every corner.

Shannon credits her family for being the most important influence in her life. "I owe a lot to my mom and dad and how I was raised," she says of her parents. When Shannon isn't working, she loves spending time with her family and friends and has a been a season ticket holder for U of H Football since 2010.

Brian relocated to Houston over 20 years ago, from his hometown in Georgia, to pursue a career in retail management. While Brian's corporate career was taking off, he began investing in real estate in early 2013. As his portfolio of properties in Texas and Georgia grew, so did Brian's interest in real estate and, in 2019, he left his corporate retail career to focus solely on real estate. Through his corporate retail and personal real estate experiences Brian has developed the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate business deals and all the nuances of the real estate process.
