I have more than 25 years experience in the customer service industry and passionate to serve my clients with integrity. Since I was a child, I had been behind the scenes watching my parents through the franchise they owned in the service industry. Making people happy through their lives was the main focus, and this is what I strive for. With my Art Degree, also I made Advertising from my creative side. I produced a product to the customer they can sell and my service to deliver, that is my goal in everything I have for my clients. Also, I have been a full time manager in the restaurant and bar industry during my career of Art. This showed me the value of the dollar and how to resolve problems. Gonzalo is a world traveler, born in Chile and raised as far West as Los Angeles, and as far East as Miami, with friends and family members everywhere in between. Now residing in Houston for over 20 years, Gonzalo has developed a true sense of compassion for his hometown, and aspires to share his knowledge and experience in real estate with his clients from all over the world. His entrepreneurial, sales, and negotiating background with a love for working with people, led Gonzalo to begin his real estate career.

Since he earned his real estate license in 2005 however, selling for him has been all about helping people and providing exceptional service. "Earning my clients' trust and helping families begin a new chapter is an amazing feeling," he says. "I'm so fortunate to be able to see smiling faces at the conclusion of a sale and know that I had a part in getting my clients where they want to be."

Gonzalo is fluent in Spanish, which is a huge asset in Houston's diversified market. His goal in every transaction is to provide his clients with clear and open communication so they are informed and educated throughout the entire process. Yolanda Hernández was born in Galveston and grew up in Houston. She earned an Associate's Degree in Business Management from Houston Community College and a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Le Tourneau University. She worked for 20 years for a major energy company. But her passion has always been real estate. As a teenager, her favorite thing to do was get the Sunday paper, take out the homes section, spread it out on the kitchen floor and visualize all the rooms and the layout. To date, she still loves showing homes to clients and hosting open houses. She also loves the challenges real estate brings and how helping her clients find a home brings them happiness. In her free time she enjoys running, going to the gym, and spending time with her husband Lupe and their dog Yogi.
