When not handling real estate, Eileen spends time with her new grandson, Olin Montgomery Hartman, and his parents, Marshall and Nicole. Her eldest son, Brett is also a Realtor in Houston - a 3rd generation Realtor. Also added in the mix are her two grand dogs, Bentley and Ryder. Brett and Marshall followed in their parent's footsteps by also attending Waltrip High School. Eileen enjoys reading, sports (especially college football and baseball), gym time in the Heights, and traveling.

I am a 4th generation Houstonian with deep roots in this sprawling community. After attending the International School in Houston, I spent two years in New Mexico before Texas called me back home and I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Once I graduated, I set up shop with my college sweetheart and started a family. Three kids and four houses later, I am settled into a community that I love and find irreplaceable. After more than five years as a portrait photographer and being on location in countless homes I fell in love with real estate. Having been through a major renovation on our forever home, I love real estate and love seeing the transformation of houses into homes! I love the diversity in the arts and cultures that Houston has to offer; everything from the biggest rodeo in the world to all the professional sports teams, the Bayou city has it all! On any given Saturday, you can find me painting, crafting or swimming. I also love capturing my family of five's adventures from behind the lens of my camera.

Nicole is a Leader with extensive experience in management, real estate coaching, public speaking, luxury production, and high-tech marketing savvy that produces results. Drawing upon a lineage in Houston real estate that began with her grandmother in the 1970s and continued with her parents, Nicole felt destined to enter the field and did so in 2010. Since then, she has been a property rights advocate on a mission to help Houstonians build generational wealth through real estate and has sold over 150 Million dollars in residential real estate. Nicole has many industry accolades, including being named in the Top 20 Under 40 by the Houston Association of Realtors®, RIS Media Newsmaker in 2018 and 2020, Inman Innovator of the Year in 2020, and she's known for her out-of-the-box marketing strategies. Her dedication to her craft has led her to serve as the Director of the Texas Association of Realtors®, and is currently the Second Vice Chair for the Texas Realtors Political Action Committee®. She is a graduate from the Texas Realtors® Leadership Program and Commitment to Excellence Program (C2EX) from the National Association of Realtors.
