Before becoming a Realtor, Rachel was a leasing professional for a Real Estate investment trust. Born in Dallas, Texas, Rachel lived all over the state before making Houston her home in 2012 – a city she says she loves more than any other. Heather has a passion for helping people. Having started her career as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher, and afterwards decided to focus her full attention on raising her three children and assisting her family with building a real estate portfolio. After attending Kinkaid, Heather graduated from Southern Methodist University with a double major in Psychology and Spanish. A longtime volunteer of the Ronald McDonald House and Texas Children's Ambassador program, Heather has a passion for helping children and families in need. Carli Mosier serves as Karen Derr's assistant and a leasing specialist. A native Houstonian who lived in the Heights for over 20 years, she graduated from the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. She's proved invaluable when assisting Karen with relocation clients weighing the numerous public and private schools available in the greater Houston area. Her responsibilities include making sure Karen Derr and Associates' buyers take advantage of our wonderful concierge benefits that buyers treasure long after their transaction closes.

Carli is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Literary Studies from University of Houston. As a singer and actress, Carli helps Karen stay abreast of Houston's exciting performing arts scene and also assists with the art openings Karen Derr hosts regularly at our various offices.

Past work experience includes assistant to 2 motivational speakers, assistant box office manager for the Verizon Wireless Theater downtown, and assistant to the Property Manager of a major commercial development in Montrose. She also assists those not quite ready to buy, as she is a licensed Realtor and a successful leasing specialist covering Houston's close in neighborhoods.
