After graduating with a degree in Economics, she entered her professional career working with a builder before going on to join a brokerage that specialized in distressed properties and foreclosures. These professional opportunities opened windows into the real estate investment domain, expanding her analytical and advisory horizons into the niche market of short-term rentals. Owning rental properties of her own, Katy educates and counsels clients by keeping data and research at the center, integrating her personal experience and instinct to deliver an authentic, versatile experience. Empathy informs her approach to each relationship; she knows what to communicate and when, organically ensuring clients from start to finish. Katy's extensive array of designations, including Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and Certified Vacation Rental Agent (CVRA), reiterate her already impressive playbook.

George Kawaja has been in the Real Estate business serving the Houston and surrounding area for 30+ years. He has also been engaged in Custom Home Building and Development for the past 25 years. George partners with his wife Debra Kawaja. Debra became licensed as a Sales Agent in May of 2009. Debra has worked closely together with George for the past 10 years in all aspects of the Real Estate and Home Building Business. The success of their business comes from referrals, word of mouth and repeat business.

Rachael Wilson knows the importance of a good Realtor. When she and her husband bought their most recent home in the Heights, her Realtor made what could have been a tough experience a great one. When Rachael decided to change careers, she knew she wanted to help make the home buying and selling process great for her own clients.

After earning a bachelors and a masters in geological sciences, Rachael worked as a petroleum geologist for Marathon Oil doing exploration in the Gulf of Mexico. While working in this capacity, she developed a knowledge of the ins and outs of the Houston energy community. With a strong background in science, Rachael is an analytical person. She digs into neighborhood statistics and market analysis in order to help her clients make educated and informed decisions.

The cornerstones of Rachaels service are patience and perseverance. She works diligently for her client: listening to their needs, keeping communication open, taking advantage of all available resources, and still allowing them space make decisions. "I want all transactions to be smooth for buyers and sellers, and I want them to walk away happy with the experience."

In addition to her experience she has also earned the Certified Home Marketing Specialist designation, affording her even more resources to offer clients. Her market covers the Inner Loop with particular knowledge of the Heights.

Born and raised in Houston, I have spent the majority of my life becoming well acquainted with all things Houston. After graduating from The University of Texas in Austin with a BS in Nutrition, I began my career as a dietitian. After a short time, I decided to go back for a little more schooling, this time traveling a little more north, to Hyde Park, New York at the Culinary Institute of America, where I earned a degree in Culinary Arts. With two degrees in hand I continued a 22 year career working in all areas of the food industry, for the Los Angeles School District, and in community nutrition programs at the Houston Food Bank. Most recently I owned a private practice specializing in helping clients to find a happy place in their relationship with food.

The thread that runs through my career from then until now is my aspiration to help others find happiness whether it was in their desire to make better choices for their health or now in their desire to buy or sell a home. As an extremely intuitive person, I take great pride in being able to have a well defined grasp of what my clients need. I grew up in the Bellaire/Meyerland area and came back to raise my family here because it is such a wonderful place to be. I am well versed on the specific personalities that each surrounding neighborhood in the greater Houston area posses. Cyndi joined her husband & broker, Chris in 2018 after a previous sales career in technology. Together they formed The Moore Real Estate Group. She has 20 years of corporate sales experience, six of which were in sales leadership roles. Cyndi is a native Houstonian and received double majors in Exercise Science and Biology from Texas State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Cyndi's interest in real estate began after her and her husband Chris purchased their first investment home, a vintage 1960s ranch style, which they then updated. Fast forward to the present day, they now have over 18 years experience purchasing, rehabbing/renovating, and managing single-family residential investment properties and are both full time Realtors. They specialize in central Houston neighborhoods including (but not limited to) Candlelight Plaza, Shepherd Park Plaza, Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, Heights, & Spring Branch.

Cyndi and Chris now have built their own boutique brokerage, The Moore Real Estate Group with fellow native Houstonian agents. Meet Kelly Worley – Kelly understands what it is like to stand in her clients shoes. She has bought, sold, renovated, and decorated houses of her own and professionally for her interior design clients for 20 years. Her experience gives her a first-hand perspective that makes her sensitive towards her clients individualized needs. She holds an Associates of Applied Science degree in Interior Design affording her invaluable insight for buyers and sellers.

Having been a long-time resident of the greater Houston area, she has personal knowledge and experience of the community she serves.
