Gonzalo is a world traveler, born in Chile and raised as far West as Los Angeles, and as far East as Miami, with friends and family members everywhere in between. Now residing in Houston for over 20 years, Gonzalo has developed a true sense of compassion for his hometown, and aspires to share his knowledge and experience in real estate with his clients from all over the world. Originally from Missouri, I received my under graduate degree from Southeast Missouri State University and my Masters from the University of Houston. In my first career, I 32 years as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal in the Houston, Pearland, and Texas City Independent School District before retiring in 2013. My wife, Rhonda, and I have called Pearland home for the past 35 years.

Susan Ripley Hilliard possesses all the attributes one would hope to find in an agent. This Charlotte, North Carolina native brings passion, energy and enthusiasm to everything she does, leaving a lasting impression on all who meet her.
Prior to real estate, Susan enjoyed a background in several fields, all of which enriched her life and made her the well-rounded individual she ultimately became. She was a flight attendant for Delta Air Lines for eight years. She started a business called "Matters of Taste", manufacturing and selling decorative accessories from Los Angeles to New York City. Susan was a registered member of ASID, the American Society Of Interior Designers, for more than 20 years and her design skills and knowledge helped her garner a coveted position as a Regional Contributing Editor for Southern Accents, the wildly popular design magazine. She did that for ten years and her territory was Texas and Oklahoma.
"Homes are extensions of people," says Susan. "By asking the right questions and really listening, I gain an understanding of a client's desires and dreams." Her contagious enthusiasm and designer's trained eye translates into a winning relationship for her clients. In fact, demand for her market expertise and distinct style has brought her repeat customers. "My greatest joy comes from interacting with people. I absolutely treasure the friendships I've made in this business over the years," says Susan, who relishes entertaining clients in her home.
Susan specializes in Houston's most desirable residential areas including River Oaks, West University, Southside Place, Southampton and the Heights.
Susan's devotion also extends to community activities and volunteerism. As a sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston, one of her favorite assignments was working with adolescents who were detained in Juvenile Probation. For more than 15 years, Susan has been a member of the National Society of Colonial Dames of America and their was their program chairman for seven years. In addition, she is a member of her neighborhood Boulevard Oaks Ladies Club which underscores the continued beautification of the neighborhood. She has served as a docent of Bayou Bend, the American Decorative Arts Museum of Houston, and has been active in fundraising for many organizations such as the Houston Symphony and the American Heart Association. Susan became involved in the Prison Entrepreneurial Program, PEP, which assists the inmates in preparing business plans for their new life after incarceration. She is a member of St. John the Divine Episcopal Church in River Oaks and recently became a LEM, a Lay Eucharistic Minister, who participates in the Sacrament of Holy Communion.
Susan has two grown sons who also live in Houston. One son lives in the Heights and is married with one daughter while the younger son lives in Midtown. Susan loves traveling with her special group of long time friends, writing her blog about early Houston history called "Susan Ripley Hilliard-Beautiful Homes Houston" and walking her golden retriever.
