I have a true passion and enthusiasm for helping people recognize and attain their goals, no matter the challenge it requires, and I have years of experience in doing just that!

Prior to my career in and passion for real estate, I attained my bachelor's degree of Fine Arts from McNeese State University, which led me to a successful teaching career, whole-heartedly devoting myself to my students and community as a vocal music educator/private instructor for 18 years.

As a teacher, my top priorities were always caring for my students and providing them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they needed to successfully achieve their goals. I believe teaching is a gift that keeps on giving; it provided me life-long skills in the art of communication, listening, sympathizing, partnering skills, and helping others realize their full potential in light of difficult circumstances.

I have an eye for home interior design/staging and am passionate and motivated to achieve the best results in this ever-changing market for my clients, whether buying or selling! Caty sweats the details in everything she does. She creates plans with strategic precision. Her highest priority is guiding her clients along each step of their ownership journey. Her area of focus is not just the greater Heights, Oak Forest, and Garden Oaks neighborhoods, but the broader community of new arrivals to Houston.

Since departing her native and beloved Rio de Janeiro, Caty has lived in west Africa, Portland, OR, and Washington, DC, but has made Houston home for the past 19 years.

Caty's experience isn't only professional, but it is also very personal. She has purchased and sold several homes herself and recently led the design-build of her current home in Garden Oaks. She knows the stresses and challenges that home buyers and aspiring home builders undertake.

Caty has a bachelor's degree in Sociology. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent, Caty worked as the finance manager of a growing chain of private schools in Brazil and the office manager of a Big 4 accounting firm.

Caty and her native-Houstonian husband have four children. She is very active with her children's school and sports activities. Caty loves reading and practicing yoga in her spare time. She speaks Portuguese, English, and Spanish, which align with the diverse Houston marketplace.

Madeline was raised in a Real Estate family in Ohio, Madeline graduated from The Ohio State University's prestigious Max M. Fisher College of Business. She earned a BSBA in Business Marketing and Logistics and a minor in Spanish. She studied in Granada, Spain and has traveled throughout Europe, South America, Northern Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Beginning her career at Crane Worldwide in Minneapolis, she managed the international transport of heart valves and medical devices for St. Jude Medical and Medtronic. Moving to Houston with Crane Worldwide, Madeline became Account Supervisor for the Halliburton account while managing day-to-day operations and a team of twelve.

Madeline's experiences have required perseverance, tenacity and negotiation, and communication skills as she worked with a diverse, high-profile and international customer base. Today, as a real estate professional, she is bringing those same skills and talents to an equally broad spectrum of clients. As an agent who's a specialist in the Inner Loop of Houston, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate. Passionate about people and relationships, Madeline creates a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction. Madeline believes in being an active part of her community. She volunteers with the Recipe for Success Foundation, teaching children how to grow a variety of plants (which are there on the school grounds) and then how to cook meals with the plants they have grown. She also hand makes blankets to donate to the Texas Children's Hospital and spends time with the Houston Food Bank, preparing meals for afterschool programs throughout the city.

Phillip Mallet is a Broker from Houston that has worked in the Houston Real Estate Industry for nearly two decades in almost all aspects of real estate market.
