Originally from Louisiana and a graduate of LSU, Annie has had an entrepreneurial spirit and drive since a young age. She previously ran her own clothing business with her designs sold in stores and at markets, featured in numerous publications as well as worn by Jessica Alba. In addition to that, she spent her previous career in Los Angeles working in the competitive, fast-paced fashion industry. The combination of her entrepreneurial endeavors and corporate fashion experience has allowed her to hone her skills to be a strong negotiator, an excellent problem-solver, and remain detail-oriented while still focusing on the big picture.

Ellen is a 1990 graduate of Texas A&M and life-long, native Houstonian. After graduation from college, she began a career with Halliburton in their Human Resources department. After 10 years, she left her role in senior HR Management to be a stay-at-home mom to her 3 young children.

Ellen re-entered the working world in early 2018 after obtaining her real estate license. Having bought and sold a number of personal residences, she found the real estate market fascinating and yet, realized she had never used the same realtor twice. Firmly believing that loyalty stems from service, and service being the differentiator when all other variables are the same, she endeavored to set herself apart from others in her field. She was determined to make the buying/selling process for her clients enjoyable and hassle-free. Her belief is that if a client would not wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend her to a dear friend, she has not done her job satisfactorily. Her clients have consistently given her superior ratings across the board following the transaction, and many of her clients are referrals from past clients which she considers the highest compliment of all. She is a consistent top producer within her brokerage, in part due to her extreme attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and dedication to ensuring her clients are well-cared for.

Chelsy is the third generation in one of Houston's largest Italian families. Her integrity, honesty, and loyalty are witnessed in her work with clients. Chelsy graduated in 2010 with a BA in Kinesiology from St. Edward's University and has a background in corporate wellness, writing, and real estate finance. After working in corporate wellness, Chelsy decided to pursue her passion of real estate in the city that she loves. Additionally, Chelsy writes extensively as a food blogger on the Houston restaurant scene as well as for several manufacture and food industry magazines. Her personal time is consumed as a single puppy mother to her English Labrador, Sir Coupe. Outside of work, she can be found running the trails along Buffalo Bayou, playing fetch with Coupe at Johnny Steele dog park, enjoying conversation with friends and family over a homemade Italian feast, and dining on the best tex-mex that Houston has to offer.

Born in Houston, raised in the Woodlands and having lived in Katy for 18+ years where she raised her 3 children she is no stranger to Houston and the surrounding areas. Her love for her job and industry shows as she was named the Top Buyers Agent at CitiQuest Properties after being with the company for less than a year. Contributing to the teams success for over 7 years while winning Houston Business Journal awards for volume & transactions she has now branched off to become the founder of The Hagan Homes Group. In her free time, Debbie enjoys traveling & working out at her neighborhood F45 in Oak Forest.
