Tenacious, energetic, and eager to rise to a challenge, Jenny was named both a Greenwood King Top Producer and Rookie of the Year in her first year as an agent.

A native Houstonian, Jenny began her professional life as an executive chef in New York City and then Houston, running the culinary operations of high-profile restaurants. She transitioned into a position as Texas sales manager for a New York-based gourmet food purveyor where she developed direct sales of farm-to-table and luxury products to the best restaurants in Texas. Her ability to coordinate and collaborate serves her well as she navigates the transaction process, guiding her clients and working with all parties to reach a successful closing.

A growing interest in houses and property development led Jenny to make a well-considered transition into residential real estate sales. The change was prompted by the example set by her father, a retired energy executive who began a successful second career as a property developer and builder in a historic Virginia town. Jenny has designed and managed several renovation and construction projects, including gut remodels of 1930's Heights bungalows. She can be relied upon as a resource for clients considering home projects, whether before a purchase or years down the road.

Jenny attended St. Francis Episcopal School and St. John's School in Houston, before graduating from The Pembroke Hill School in Kansas City. She earned degrees in corporate communications from Southern Methodist University and culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University.

An active community volunteer, Jenny supports and volunteers for Pupsquad Dog Rescue and Rescued Pets Movement. She lives in the Houston Heights with her husband, daughter and stepson.

Stacy Dodson is a native Texan and University of Houston graduate. She is the founding Broker of H-Town Realty, serving Houston and its neighboring communities. Stacy is an award winning, multi-million-dollar agent with over 8 years of industry experience, serving residential and commercial buyers and sellers. She helps her clients get top dollar for their properties and find their dream homes. Stacy currently resides in the great city of Houston with her husband Greg and their beloved Boston Terriers, A.J. and Tobias. In her free time, she enjoys cheering for the Houston Astros and also volunteers for the Boston Terrier Rescue of Greater Houston, Inc.

Sandy learned early on that sales was the perfect career fit. She spent 20 years in the staffing industry both as a top producer for Houston and the State of Texas and as an agency owner having owned Steitz Personnel and Steitz and Corbett Personnel. After selling her agency she joined Mary Kay Cosmetics earning three Cadillacs, trips and numerous prizes as a measure of her sales and leadership skills. Continuing in direct sales, Sandy worked in the fashion industry creating and launching a new business model for the Connaught Group as well as the District Sales Leader in Houston for the Tanner Companies.







Becoming a Realtor was a logical transition for Sandy. She and her husband Dave have bought and sold 8 homes in some of Houston's best neighborhoods, including: the Houston Heights, Memorial, West University and Bellaire, so she was very familiar with the Buying and Selling process. Real Estate was a natural transition for Sandy and she has thrived ever since.
