Real estate has been a part of Juli's life from a very young age growing up with a Realtor® mother. Having learned from the very best she understands all aspects of the real estate market, home financing and contract negotiation. She works with buyer's and seller's in all price ranges and has extensive experience with first time homebuyer's, new construction, estates, investment properties and relocations with financing ranging from conventional, jumbo, VA, FHA and cash transactions.

Growing up in Houston, Juli attended Duchesne Academy and graduated from Lamar High School. From there she went to Southern Methodist University, earning her Bachelors of Arts in Advertising. Juli and her husband reside in Oak Forest. When not selling real estate, they enjoy traveling, live music and spending time with family, friends and their rescue dogs.

I was born in Southeast Asia, Thailand. My family migrated to the United States in the late 90s to achieve our American dreams. I've lived in different places, such as New York and Florida, but I felt most at home in Houston. I have over 16 years of exceptional hospitality experience. Customer service is ingrained in my work ethic. I have worked in all aspects of the restaurant business, from the most labor-intensive to the very stressful management and ownership positions. A native of the Bayou City, Oscar Hernandez graduated from prestigious Rice University. Being a native has given Oscar knowledge of many of Houston's diverse communities and coupled with his background in the financial markets made him a natural for the world of real estate.

He earned a dual BA degree in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University in the early 1990’s. After college, Oscar spent several years as an equity research analyst and consultant with various Wall Street firms such as Lehman Brothers and Simmons & Company International. During his investment banking career, which took him to New York frequently, he played an integral role in billions of dollars of equity offerings.

Working with money on Wall Street and living in Houston, a town known for its real estate, soon Oscar became a licensed Realtor. Oscar believes delivering honest, dedicated and professional service is the basis for establishing trust and building long-term client relationships.
