On all of my transactions, I normally save my clients $5000.00 to $15,000,00. All my services are at no charge to the buyer. The seller is the one who pays me once I have done my job. I have over 24 years in sales experience and a strong familiarity with each and every part of Houston and the surrounding areas. I am an excellent agent with a great personality and the skills you require to place you in your new home as soon as possible. If you need to sell your current house, I will market your property or home on five web sites, hold open houses for the general public and other agents in your area, and also hold realtor tours of your home. If you are a buyer in need of a home, condo, or townhouse, I can get you a larger house for less money. If you just want to rent a place, I can get you a rental apartment, condo, house, or town home. I will show you as many houses that we may have time to view in any given day. I will find the perfect home for you and your family.
