Before Genessa Harvey joined Real Estate , she gained invaluable experience working in and with many high profile clients in the sales industry; for a fortune 100 company for 20 years. While there, she learned the complexities of many demands and sharpened her skills in client service. Clients have complete confidence in Genessa, knowing that her skills, knowledge and perseverance will lead to a successful transaction.

I was born and raised here in the Great El Paso Community. I Joined and served my country in the United States Marine Corps for 14 years. During my Military service I held numerous jobs like being a Basic Infantry Marine, The Training Chief, Recruiter, Infantry Platoon Sergeant, and a Reserve Instructor. I returned home in 2013 and since my return, I attained my Real Estate License. I have dedicated myself to helping families find the perfect home at the ideal price. I have done this by using the intangible skills I learned in the Military. While working with me, you will receive integrity, unselfishness, knowledge, loyalty, and initiative. These are some of the tools that go hand in hand with providing an excellent home buying and selling experience. In 2021 I earned my Bachelor's in Business Administration, which has helped me create new innovative ways to approach every real estate transaction. In April 2022 I became an Instructor at the Academy Of Real Estate where I have helped numerous people obtain their Real Estate License with my innovative teaching. Lastly, I am fluent in both English and Spanish.

I have been actively involved researching, screening and selecting properties for personal real estate investments for 25 years across several states and even internationally. Mostly buy and hold long term. I attend several real estate investor meetup groups and am always looking to educate myself, improve my knowledge and find better real estate deals. I have IT background with Microsoft Certified Profession in XPOS and marketing research. I also have participated investments some residential property selection in Asia; Vietnam, Taiwan. Similar to my approach with single family real estate, I apply common sense research and screening when considering whether to invest in MF Syndications, looking at the market environment and trends before committing money into deals. In the last 5 years my husband and I work as team to passively invest in MF of over 21 deals as LP, value over 90 MM, 3000 doors in TX, OK, OH, GA, SD & CO.  I help clients buy and sell their property just like doing it as my own. I put your best interest for the property, just as I am purchasing it for myself or selling my own property.
