I have been in real estate since 2000 when I began my career with residential leasing in Austin, TX. Over time I have successfully grown my business to offer a full range of real estate services including assisting buyers, sellers, renters and investors. I built my Real Estate business on referrals from happy clients, friends, and family. I strive to do the best job possible with whom ever I am working with. Coming from a real estate family I believe real estate is in my blood. I have a passion for helping you find the right home that fits you and your family’s needs. Buying a home is the biggest decision that most people will make in their lifetime, and I value their trust in my ability to assist them. It is my highest goal to make my client’s home buying and/or selling experience stress free, and to find the perfect home to fit their family’s needs. At the close of the sale, my desire is to have built a relationship with my clients that will go beyond the purchase or sale of their new home.

As a native of Houston for more than 30 years, Kory has a unique perspective to the growing cities landscapes. Raised in Missouri City, Kory attended high school in Fort Bend independent School District and worked in all inner loop areas and surrounding cities such as the Woodlands, Cypress, Pearland, Sugar Land and Bellaire. After completing her Associates in Science from Houston Community College, Kory finished her Bachelors in Science at the University of Houston Downtown where she developed her passions for hospitality management and urban planning.

With over 15 years of service experience, Kory raises the bar when it comes to accommodations. Her goal is to provide a memorable experience that creates a positive and lasting impression and do it consistently. A few hobbies Kory loves would include organizing, landscaping and designing. Other activities that she enjoys are cycling on Houston's bicycle trails or downtown streets and taking care of her dogs by going to one of the many dog parks within the 610 loop. Kory's father moved to Normangee after retirement, which is located north of Houston, and her sister has been living in Katy for the past twelve years.

Kory's' experience and acknowledgements in service have come from many years of paying attention to the details, being flexible and recognizing others strengths and weaknesses. Kory has managed, operated and opened a number of restaurants and bars in the local Houston area. Presently, as a full-time REALTOR and Mediator, Kory continues to add value to the home buying experience.

I am a native Houstonian, and except for the time I spent obtaining my Bachelor's Degree from Texas A&M University, Houston has always been my home. I have worked as a public servant, contributed to the start-up and operation of my husband's Remodeling and Home Repair business, worked in the finance industry, and with a VA and FHA construction loan program. I can relate to stay-at-home moms, first time home buyers, land investors, landlords, house rehabbers, and self-employed people because I have walked a mile in all those shoes. Helping people secure homes where they enjoy their families or work spaces where they realize their professional vision excites me, and I am committed to serving every client in a spirit of excellence.
