Kathy Jones is a native Houstonian who, in 1979, became a Realtor® and an Associate of Wayland Hancock Properties, a company founded in 1970 by Kathy's family and named for her grandfather. During her career, Kathy obtained her Broker's license and became a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.

Besides being a licensed Realtor in Texas (2012), Mark has many years experience in oil and gas, commercial contract management, non-profit business management, and project management. He is also a husband, father, and homeowner in Houston, TX. He provides a vast level of knowledge, integrity and honesty while representing the buyer or seller.

Mark was raised in Round Rock Texas, just north of Austin. Mark, although not a native Houstonian, has called Houston home since 2005. Mark's wife Annika is a Project Director with OneSubsea. Together, when their hands are not full with their children, they enjoy many delicious Houston dining spots, as well as, the various parks Houston has to offer. Mark and Annika are also active members of Houston's Second Baptist Church. Mark graduated from Park University with a Bachelors of Science in Management and Marketing and also holds a Masters in Christian Education from Southwestern Theological Seminary. Kay soumir is a Moroccan native who has traveled to many countries growing up before settling in Pearland, TX since 2007. Due to her diverse background, Kay offers excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard while being able to serve and communicate effectively in Arabic, French, Moroccan and English. Kay discovered her love for Real Estate in high school volunteering to build homes with Habitat for Humanity. Kay's background as an educator has helped her develop impeccable patience and attention to detail. She has dedicated the last few years helping clients buy and sell properties while working with seasoned Top Producing agents in the Clear Lake area. Throughout this time, Kay has acquired extensive knowledge and experience to provide quality service to build remarkable relationships with clients. More importantly, she maintains those relationships by communicating effectively. She earns the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice. A diligent manager, organizer, and hard worker, Meredith considers every client as an individual with unique circumstances and goals. She appreciates the importance of detail and takes the time to identify and then plan each buyer's or seller's optimum path to a successful transaction. "I work best with a plan, creating what's needed and then moving forward to execute it," Meredith says. "I remain flexible, however, and when a change of course is needed, I pivot while keeping the transaction on track." Meredith brings title company and legal experience to her real estate practice. After law school, she worked as an escrow officer for several title companies, closing residential real estate transactions. Her experience as a closer taught her the importance of shepherding a transaction from start to finish to produce a successful closing with no surprises.
