As a native Houstonian, Heather Shepherd has great knowledge of Houston's neighborhoods and offers her clients exceptional commitment to finding the right home or best buyers. As a licensed realtor for over a decade, Heather prides herself on the work she has done assisting friends, family, and past clients with achieving their real estate goals. Heather has a passion for helping people. Having started her career as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher, and afterwards decided to focus her full attention on raising her three children and assisting her family with building a real estate portfolio. These experiences have provided Heather the insight for aligning her client's desires with a perfect residential outcome. After attending Kinkaid, Heather graduated from Southern Methodist University with a double major in Psychology and Spanish. She also has a Masters degree from George Washington University in Elementary Education. As a resident of West University Place, Heather loves to volunteer at her kids' schools and at their church. A longtime volunteer of the Ronald McDonald House and Texas Children's Ambassador program, Heather has a passion for helping children and families in need. She also enjoys volunteering through National Charity League with her daughter. Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and extended family; entertaining friends and neighbors; Soul Cycle and attending her kids' sporting events, especially their West University baseball and softball games!

I am Pam Bretherton and I am excited to join Real Haven Realty as a Realtor. I am a native Houstonian and have lived on the north side of town for more than 35 years. For the last 14 years I have lived in the Fall Creek neighborhood in Humble. What I really like about the Humble area is the proximity to Houston, the beautiful neighborhoods, and the diversity of the people who make up our community.

I have been happily married to my husband, David, for 35 years. We have two sons, Eric, who attends the University of Houston, and Jacob, who is at Texas A&M. Many of our family members also live in our area, which has been a blessing over the years.

I have a range of interests that keep me engaged and passionate about life. I play the piano, crochet, do genealogy research, and love capturing the beauty of nature through photography. I believe these interests provide a balance to my professional life.

As a family, we enjoy spending time together, but we also like to give back to our community. In 2018, we founded a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization called Pet Assistance Network Texas (PANT). PANT provides pet food and veterinary care to the pets of military veterans and senior citizens.

I feel like I bring some unique experience to Real Haven, having run businesses in the construction services industry. This entrepreneurial background has equipped me with valuable insights into project management, client relations, and business management, all of which I am eager to apply to my career in real estate.

My goal is to be a knowledgeable and trusted real estate agent, and to help my clients find their dream home, while building lasting relationships.

Besides being a licensed Realtor in Texas (2012), Mark has many years experience in oil and gas, commercial contract management, non-profit business management, and project management. He is also a husband, father, and homeowner in Houston, TX. He provides a vast level of knowledge, integrity and honesty while representing the buyer or seller.

Mark believes that real estate is much more than simply buying or selling a home. To him, a key element of real estate is developing relationships and building trust with his clients. When you meet Mark you will quickly realize you have gained a true friend! He knows how to listen and always puts the needs and wants of his clients first. Mark truly enjoys working with his clients and helping them through the process of buying or selling a home. Mark’s dedication to his family and community is echoed in his business practice and personal life where he places God first.

Mark was raised in Round Rock Texas, just north of Austin. Mark, although not a native Houstonian, has called Houston home since 2005. Mark's wife Annika is a Project Director with OneSubsea. Together, when their hands are not full with their children, they enjoy many delicious Houston dining spots, as well as, the various parks Houston has to offer. Mark and Annika are also active members of Houston's Second Baptist Church. Mark graduated from Park University with a Bachelors of Science in Management and Marketing and also holds a Masters in Christian Education from Southwestern Theological Seminary. In addition to real estate, Mark is a commercial and operations manager at OneSubsea. Mark Is ready to represent you in your next real estate transaction.

Prior to deciding to represent buyers and sellers, occupations in graphic design and construction aided Kathryn in sharpening her organizational skills, strengthening her customer service, and broadening her business background before becoming a Realtor® in 2005. She gained valuable knowledge by assisting a top producing agent, handling most of the paperwork and taking care of all of the details. Kathryn prides herself in being well organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful. Clients describe her as friendly, enthusiastic, and patient while working with them to find the perfect home. She strives to make the experience of buying or selling a home as pleasant and stress-free as possible. Being a native Houstonian, Kathryn offers a vast knowledge of the city.
