My Real Estate career started in Austin, Texas (1984) with a developer who owned an exclusive mountain top development; what a great way to start!

1986 brought me to Houston, Texas. I worked in the real estate industry for the next 12 years, including 3 years with Lovett Custom Homes where I developed relationships with home-buyers, architects, bankers, subcontractors and Realtors.

Since 1998 I have successfully represented Buyers or Sellers in residential transactions for the purchase and selling of homes, townhomes, highrises and condos.

Lynn's Experience
Armed with a bachelor in business administration from Southern Methodist University, Lynn Hughes set out to make things happen. The allure of real estate prompted her to get her real estate license in 1984, and Lynn hit the pavement running working for some of Houston's top firms. She so impressed her clients that one of them encouraged her to apply for a job as the financial manager for M.D. Anderson's highly successful Children's Art Project at University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center. It was a time of growth and change for the project and a valued and cherished experience for Lynn. During her four-year tenure, Lynn expanded her knowledge of finance, technology, marketing and time management – perfect skills for any Realtor in a competitive market. She says she is "committed to maintaining professional and clear communications" with her customers, as well as everyone involved in all her real estate transactions. In 1994, Lynn and husband Craig Hughes, a licensed architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects and Texas Society of Architects, founded Hughes Building & Design, Inc. This design/build company specializes in designing and building residential projects. Lynn's market expertise encompasses residential resale and new construction in Houston's close-in neighborhoods including West University, Southampton, River Oaks, Boulevard Oaks, Braes Heights, Afton Oaks, Memorial, Briargrove and Tanglewood.

Lynn's Personal Side
Of course this well-rounded Realtor would have a healthy mix of personal interests that include fly-fishing, traveling and cooking. Additional interests include following new trends, elements and colors in home construction / renovation and finding interesting antiques and art. Lynn is a member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church and SMU Cox Business School Alumni Association. She has been associated with the Southampton Garden Club and the Theta Mothers' Club.

A diligent manager, organizer, and hard worker, Meredith considers every client as an individual with unique circumstances and goals. She appreciates the importance of detail and takes the time to identify and then plan each buyer's or seller's optimum path to a successful transaction. "I work best with a plan, creating what's needed and then moving forward to execute it," Meredith says. A Chinese born with Latino heart. Pablo Ng is born and raised in Panama. Move to Houston to fulfill his studies. Graduated and started working in corporate America as a graphic designer, marketing and web developer. Pablo was very ambitious, the corporate world didn't satisfy his urge to become better, so he started his business venture in 2007.

Prior to real estate Pablo oversaw the marketing, branding of the company and providing exceptional customer service skills in the food industry in Houston market. He opens several coffee/tea shops in Houston which he eventually sold before entering real estate.
