C&K Properties was founded in 2007 by Christy Echols and Kristi Neal. C&K Properties is a real estate brokerage firm specializing in close in neighborhoods like West University, Southside Place, Bellaire and River Oaks as well as the Memorial area. Kristi is a longtime Southside Place resident. A graduate of Texas Tech University and the University of Houston Law Center. Lynn's Experience
Armed with a bachelor in business administration from Southern Methodist University, Lynn Hughes set out to make things happen. The allure of real estate prompted her to get her real estate license in 1984, and Lynn hit the pavement running working for some of Houston's top firms. She so impressed her clients that one of them encouraged her to apply for a job as the financial manager for M.D. Anderson's highly successful Children's Art Project at University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center. It was a time of growth and change for the project and a valued and cherished experience for Lynn. During her four-year tenure, Lynn expanded her knowledge of finance, technology, marketing and time management – perfect skills for any Realtor in a competitive market. Lynn's Personal Side
Of course this well-rounded Realtor would have a healthy mix of personal interests that include fly-fishing, traveling and cooking.
