Hello,
My name is Liz Gandy. I am a Houston and Austin Realtor. My goal is to provide great customer service! I have work experience with New Home Constructions both out in the field and in the corporate offices for two different well known, respected home builders and experience as a home purchaser. I gained knowledge and tips on what people are looking for in home buying.
While raising my two young daughters, I earned a BS at the University of Houston while working a full-time job at an established OG&C company. I decided to pursue my real estate career, and joined West End Realty Advisors located in the Heights area in 2018, joined KW Platinum in 2020 to broaden my expertise in the different areas of Houston, worked under a boutique Brokerage, RORECO LLC, and currently working under an established, professional Brokerage New Home Gurus that enables me to assist buyers with a program that allows to reduce closing costs for my customers across Texas.
I am very excited in this journey, meeting new people daily and assisting them in finding their dream home or aiding them into their next chapter in their lives.
When I am not helping clients with the stress of home purchasing, leasing, or selling, I am spending time with the two coolest young ladies I know! I am also hanging out with my husband and family out on the lake enjoying the sun and the cool lake breezes. We have two rescue dogs, and two rescue kitties. In my extra time I like to spend time running long distances, completing in half marathons. I spend time doing yoga, and I volunteer at my local neighborhood church as a teacher. I have HOA Board Member experience serving as Director for over two years. Earned certification in Real Estate Negotiating Experts and

As a former Licensed Assistant to one of Houston's Top Producers, Emily has developed exceptional skills related to the art of buying and selling real estate in the Greater Houston Area, with an emphasis on inner-loop and Fort Bend properties.
Whether providing top-notch service to her clientele, networking with industry professionals, or engaging with civic interests, Emily understands that a well-rounded professional is able to offer more knowledge thus being a better servant.
Having began her career at the Greater Houston Partnership as Marketing Coordinator, she creatively connected businesses and organizations to one another in efforts to strengthen relationships and promote economic growth. Combining that invaluable experience with her love for residential real estate, she joined Heritage Texas Properties in 2016 and facilitated over 150 transactions totaling $145 million. In 2019, Emily joined Hunington Properties, Inc., a full service commercial real estate brokerage, as the first Residential Sales Agent in order to provide a more customized sales program to clients.
Emily believes that organization, dedication, clear communication, and persistence are the keys to a successful transaction. "Being available and responsive is my number one priority", she says. "Whether it is being in touch with current trends, market knowledge, or babysitting, I pride myself on being able to cater to my client's needs."
As a native Houstonian and resident "foodie", she considers herself an ambassador and takes great delight in introducing people to the best restaurants and attractions that Houston has to offer. To Emily, the most gratifying aspect of her job is in helping people navigate the tedious moving transition and she prides herself in serving as a "go-to" resource for all things Houston. Emily and her family reside in Afton Oaks. When not selling real estate, Emily enjoys playing with her French bulldog, Elly, cooking, traveling, running, swimming, and reading.

Raised in a real estate family in Houston, Texas, Natalie Murgia graduated from the University of Texas in Austin. She pursued a career in real estate and holds her clients' hands throughout the transaction. They have described her as an extended family member who listens to their vision and invests in them. Her clients benefit from her services even after the sale and at end of the transaction is when she hopes their friendship begins.
When interviewing a realtor, know what their work style is. What's mine? I am a 'facilitator'. Well, what does that mean?
Facilitators monitor, nurture, and manage environments in order to have their agendas fulfilled. I am hands-on and physically engage in my environment in order to achieve my agenda. I have a natural ability to work hard and smart. I have the ability to physically execute a task, or to create an environment, or facilitate a system to accomplish the task for you.
My motto is, "When the going gets tough, the tough get going, and when the going gets tougher, the tough work harder". My solution in nearly every situation is to work harder, and yet I also have the ability to work smart.
I am not a traditional salesperson. I am not easily forced, coerced or manipulated, and I will not do this to other people. In fact, this is deeply offensive to me. On the contrary, I work hard to create an environment for others to make their own decisions. I will counsel, advise or give input only
if invited.
