Prior to becoming a Realtor, Jim was a classroom teacher, a counselor, a principal, and a school district administrator. As he says, “Education was not just a job for me – I was called to be a teacher. Now I am equally as excited about my real estate career.” Jim’s real estate experience includes waterfront, canal front, and vacation homes in Galveston and the Bay Area.

Roger Martin is a native Texan and a graduate of the University of Texas. He began his real estate career in Austin, Tx. He moved to Houston in 1982 and gained knowledge of the Houston market, and of West U area in particular, by working with several large real estate firms. In 1989 he ventured out on his own and opened Roger Martin Properties. Since the beginning, Roger has remained faithful to the firm's mission - to offer professional and highly personalized service. Graduated and started working in corporate America as a graphic designer, marketing and web developer.
