Starting in the newspaper industry with E.W. Scripps Company, Linda Ragland has had quite a unique and successful career in the media and entertainment industry, spanning over thirty years. Her media path included media broadcast sales with Summit Communications, iHeartMedia, Inc. and Radio One Inc.; with a broad client base of Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, universities, attorneys, retail, home builders and others. Within her sixteen year tenure with Radio One, Inc., she also served as Non Traditional Revenue (NTR) Manager.

Linda took a three year hiatus from media to work as general manager with Music World Entertainment/Mathew Knowles during the global launch of the music recording group Destiny's Child, enjoying an amazing job working with music icon Beyonce Knowles, LeToya Luckett, Kelly Rowland and LaTavia Roberson among other artist groups. Prior to working for the management company, as an independent contractor, Linda was the recipient of the first merchandising contract for the recording group Destiny's Child, inclusive of designing the merchandise.

In 2018, Linda Ragland began a new journey. As much as she has enjoyed her career in the media and entertainment industry, she has always been fascinated with the Real Estate Industry, having an affinity for architecture and interior design.

I am a native Houstonian and have been active in the business community for many years. I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker. I have been representing both buyers & sellers of residential and commercial properties for over 30 years.

Recent transactions include 5 counties with a primary concentration in Harris County TX. Adrienne is a highly involved and trained REALTOR and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) specializing in New Home Sales and Investment Properties. She also has earned her Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) which is essential when listing properties for sale. She enjoys helping active adults find the right balance between living well and a great investment and has earned her (SRES) Senior Real Estate Specialist. Rod Owens is a native Houstonian who has taken a natural transition into the life of entrepreneurship in real estate. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Oklahoma and has built a career in producing assets in a number of industries. He has managed construction and renovation of retail, commercial, industrial, and oil and gas assets for a number of Fortune 500 companies throughout his 18 year career in Corporate America. Working for these companies has allowed him the opportunity of managing projects, personnel, and relationships with many types of individuals from blue collar workers to executives. Going through the process of home ownership and seeing projects go from idea to fruition gave him a passion for wanting to see that look of gratification in others on a personal level and aid them through the frightening process of ownership.
