As a military spouse, Martina is especially attuned to the unique needs and opportunities available for military members and their families. With a Master of Urban Planning and Environmental Policy from Texas Southern University and experience working with GIS mapping technologies, Martina has developed a deep understanding of the factors that influence real estate. She is an active lifetime member and volunteer in the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council and serves on Texas Southern University's ITEC Advisory Board. Her transition to real estate was a natural progression from her academic and professional experience and she's excited to make a positive impact in her clients' lives.

Born and raised in Houston, TX, Jordan Jennings has established himself as a trusted real estate agent with an expertise in inner-loop neighborhoods. Being both outgoing and extremely organized have served as great assets for him as he has built his business. Jordan always believes in putting his client's needs first in every transaction. Clients can always count on him to be diligent, patient and loyal. 

After moving to New York City to attend St. John's University, Jordan began his career in luxury retail and earned a reputation as a top producer at each flagship store he worked in. Working in the luxury retail market gave him first hand insight in client retention, attention to detail and providing exception service to each and every client. Jordan has instilled those same principles to his career in real estate. He is a strong advocate of treating every client with the same level of service regardless of budget.

An avid foodie, Jordan enjoys trying many of the restaurants Houston's culinary scene has to offer. Traveling is another hobby of his and with 9 countries visited so far he looks forward to Bali and Greece as his next destinations. His enjoyment of being with family and friends balances his extremely busy schedule. He volunteers with The Houston Food Bank and is a member of Windsor Village United Methodist Church.
