I was born and raised in the Greater Houston Area and could not imagine anywhere else being my home! I love helping people and connecting with others. I love the diversity, entertainment, and culture that this great city has to offer! My family owns a small soccer business where I grew up working every weekend, which is where I first discovered my passion for customer service and sales. I attended Texas A&M University and the University of Houston at Clear Lake where I pursued a Sociology and Criminology degree. After college, I was a Victim Advocate in the criminal justice field, which allowed me to give back to my community and help others as well. After gaining experience in both sales and public service, I looked to real estate to create a more personalized experience that combined my passions and utilized my strengths of communication. Now, I help others through the process of buying, selling, or leasing their homes. I spend my free time checking out new murals around town, hanging out at a coffee shop, or attending concerts at one of Houston's many awesome venues. Cindy Boyd is a 3rd generation real estate agent. She has been in the greater Houston area since 1992. Cindy services areas all over the Greater Lake Conroe area of Montgomery county. She also services areas in northwest Harris county.



Cindy's has helped a lot of sellers with probate. More than 50% of her listings have been involved with people inheriting a home and needing immediate help. She is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES). Cindy knows the probate process and can help you through it. She has a great team of attorneys, contractors, title companies and estate sales specialists to help with this process.

Cindy does volunteer work with Abandoned Animal Rescue in Magnolia every Wednesday for 4-8 hours. This is where she adopted her 2 fur babies Petey and Parker. She also volunteers at Friends for Texas Wildlife on Thursdays working with all kinds of wildlife
