Hi, I'm Beverly George and I have three reasons you should choose me to be your real estate agent. I have a listening ear, a servant's heart and two decades of full-time experience in real estate. The first thing I will do is listen to you, because I understand everyone is different. I know I need to grasp what you need to do, what you are hoping for and what challenges you face, before I have the building blocks I need to represent you. The most important thing I will bring to our relationship is my servant's heart. I sincerely believe when you choose me to be your agent, your needs become more important than mine. I am patient, with a very even personality. There is no task I feel I am too good to perform. I will put no pressure on you to make decisions based on my agenda. I will always be there when you need me, even if that's two o'clock in the morning. I take my commitment to you very seriously. You need someone with a keen eye to detail. That's me. I'm the agent you need. In 1998 a friend invited me to his company's annual awards banquet, where he received the Rookie of the Year Award. That night, I decided the next Rookie of the Year would be me, even though, at the time, I didn't even have my real estate license. I went right to work, studying for the real estate exam and volunteering my time at the real estate office so I could learn the ropes. I earned my license and, just as I had promised myself and my friend, I was the next Rookie of the Year. Since then I have earned my GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist)
