Meet Blake Scroggins 214-418-3972 If anyone knows Texas real estate, it's Blake. As a fifth-generation Texan, Blake's roots are planted deep in his beloved state's culture, community, and fabric. His story is one of building a successful career through hard work, leaps of faith, and dedication in many fields, all of which made him the man and the success he is today. From working in advertising sales, commercial roofing, and mobile home sales when business took a turn for the worse, Blake realized mobile home sales was a great place to get to know people and cultivate relationships with his clients. It was also a great place to learn about sales, home building, mortgage lending, and property management. It proved to be quite lucrative as well for a young man with a family. By 1997 he opened a mobile homes sales office. Only five years later, he opened a home mortgage office and, by 2005, his own real estate office. Blake had found his niche, career, and true purpose. Above all, he enjoyed what he was doing, which made it all worthwhile. His familiarity with Texas, combined with his drive to learn and expand his knowledge, set him on a fast track to building a future in real estate. For over 27 years, he's had the honor of serving thousands of citizens in Dallas and beyond, attain their real estate goals with his hometown knowledge and client-focused objectives. Even during the worst real estate market conditions, Blake carried on and stayed true to his service philosophy to his customers. In 2012, Blake started a family-owned real estate office, Trophy Homes Realty, by maintaining his values and keeping his clients' service as priority one.
