Nedal was born and raised in the Houston area outside of the 4 years that she lived in St. Thomas, V.I. She graduated from Tomball High School and studied Business Management at the University of Houston. Nedal started her career in the restaurant industry at Pappadeaux and learned everything from waiting tables to managing staff. As her family began to grow, she decided to transition into a career that would allow her to be with her family in the evenings and on the weekends. She then began a career in healthcare management which lasted over 14 years. As Nedal's children grew into young adults, she made the decision to obtain her real estate license because of her passion for real estate and exceeding the expectations of her clients.
