Hello fellow Texans my name is Adelita "Delly" Rodriguez I recently moved to Orange TX from Brazoria County Texas in February 2017. Born and raised in Freeport TX I am proud to say that I studied at Brazosport High School, Brazosport College and received a certification in Accounting and Database management from a Technical School in Friendswood Tx. I started real estate school in 1997 and have been a Texas Realtor for over 20 years. I am passionate about customer service and the industry. I am bi-lingual in english and spanish. Growing up in Southeast Houston, I have always been drawn to homes and the housing market. During high school and college, I began a career in Architecture and Interior Design, learning the basics. After graduating college, getting married and starting my family I looked into Real Estate and fell in love with it all over again. I went back to school to get my license and certifications and began my career in the fall of 2017. I am now completing my fifth year in real estate with close to 100 transactions completed. I have also joined my local brokerage of JLA Realty in Dayton as their mission is very near to my own. I strive to be an active participant in my community, am an avid member of the Dayton Chamber of Commerce. Tracey Bogan is a native of Houston Texas. He grew up in the Humble/Atascocita area. After graduating from Humble High School, Tracey attended Texas Southern University, where he completed a Bachelor's of Business Administration and Management.. After graduation Tracey began working with Delta Airlines in Atlanta GA, where he was able to master leadership, customer service and problem solving skills. Due to a desire to return to Houston, Tracey worked a brief stint with Allstate Insurance before finally finding his "why" as a Regional Director of Kids Hope USA. As a Regional Director Tracey was able to sell over 100 Church programs to match a 1000+ at-risk youth to qualified mentors. During this time period, Tracey focused all of his time and energy into helping kids "make the right call in life" through mentoring, coaching and officiating. Ready for a new challenge, Tracey obtained his Real Estate Salesperson license and quickly joined FYI Realty. By merging his passion for real estate with helping others, Tracey can now help buyers and sellers "make the right call" in their Real Estate Journey's. Tracey uses this new Real Estate platform to continue his previous mission and thus allocates a portion of all sales to a non-profit organization that focuses on helping at-risk youth.
