Since obtaining my real estate license in 2016, I have specialized in various niches, including residential, new construction, farm and ranch, minerals, investment properties, commercial real estate, and coastal real estate sales through Legend Texas Properties. As an Investor/Agent, I operate two real estate investment companies, driven by a passion for addressing the affordable housing crisis and restoring dilapidated homes. My favorite strategies for clients include the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) method and House Hacking, both of which I practice personally and have extensive knowledge about. I hold a BBA with a minor in Management from Sam Houston State University. Although I initially began my career in the oil and gas industry, I quickly transitioned into real estate to leverage my degree and pursue my passion for investing.
