Marissa Benat

Marissa Benat is the spunky co-owner of The Benat Team Family of Realtors. She contracted and built her first home at the age of 18 after a brief struggle with cancer in 2000. She quickly learned the importance of having an experienced advocate guiding a transaction and became obsessed with learning more. Since then she has gone on to sell thousands of homes by fiercely chasing her passion and staying on purpose. She is recognized by D Magazine as a Top Realtor and serves on the Collin County Association of Realtors Board of directors.Marissa is also on the Board of directors for a local nonprofit, North Texas Realtors in Action Foundation and she is the former Region 4 TREPAC Trustee. She was recently recognized by the National Association of Realtors with an Ownit coin for using her unique gifts to effect change within her local association.Marissa recently graduated from the City of Frisco Citizens Police Academy and the Texas Association of Realtors Leadership program (TRLP). She has a passion for learning new things and being involved in her community.
