Erin represents buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in real estate transactions throughout the Houston area, concentrating on West University, Southampton, Bellaire, Braeswood, Upper Kirby, Montrose and the Heights.
After growing up in the Clear Lake/Friendswood area, Erin moved inside the 610 Loop to attend law school at the University of Houston, and has lived in several Inner Loop neighborhoods for more than 25 years. From both her personal and professional experience, Erin is familiar with many of the city's neighborhoods.
