I consult on the importance of pricing for the current market, how your home will be marketed through many different venues as well the staging of the home. I negotiate the sale of the home on behalf of my sellers and follow the process through with the title company until we have successfully closed.







As a buying agent, I educate my clients on the home buying process, listen attentively to their needs, wants, goals and timeline. Then research based on their criteria, set up appointments and show the homes that meet their criteria. Next step, I submit an offer on buyer's choice of home and negotiate the sale of the home on my buyer's behalf. Then, closely follow through the process with the lender and title company to help us get to the closing table!
