As an administrative assistant for top producers in real estate, Valerie has developed a unique perspective when it comes to servicing her clients. Influenced by her desire to assist people, particularly veterans, law enforcement, EMS, and teachers, she believes in giving back to the community. Valerie routinely volunteers at her children elementary school; and donating to Mighty Oaks, a non-profit faith-based program for vets and their families that suffer from PTS.
As a Certified Relocation Specialist and Military Relocation Professional, she has the pleasure of assisting clients, that are moving in and out of the Great Houston area. she places her client's needs and timelines as her guidelines. Her diligence, professionalism, and directness in discussing potential properties allow her clients to find the home they need to fit their budget and lifestyle.
She uses her expertise in contract management and negotiation techniques to meet their goals: a win-win for both client and seller; so, both parties leave the transaction happy. She also ensures her clients leave with more knowledgeable than when they started.
