Kelly Pachar

Realtor Kelly D. Pachar thinks of his relationships with his clients as
a partnership. He views his role as helping each client move on
to the next chapter of their lives. Having purchased and sold numerous
homes himself, Kelly knows what it feels like to be in his clients shoes.

Enhancing his skills as a Realtor, he is a Graduate of the Realtor
Institute and earned the GRI professional designation. A strong
communicator, he listens to his clients to uncover their needs and help
them find exactly what they are looking for. He stays connected to them
every step of the way throughout the entire process. Clients appreciate
his positive and energetic approach as much as they appreciate his focus
and attention to detail.

Selling Downtown Houston is Kelly's specialization, and has been since
2007. As a Downtown resident himself, he is highly aware that for most
buyers it is a change of lifestyle as well as finding the perfect home. He
is willing to share his vast knowledge of the market, as well as what it is
like in the day to day life of the Downtown resident. He truly lives, works,
and plays in his Downtown neighborhood, and does his best to bring new
residents to the neighborhood.

A native Texan, Kelly first moved to Houston in 1987, and has lived
in numerous Inner Loop areas in those years. He is knowledgeable,
confident and proficient in these as well as within the Beltway. He is
always willing to help his clients buy or sell their home so that they can
start making memories in the next stage of their lives!
