Blake Plaster, the youngest person to be inducted into Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty Circle of Excellence and now a member of the MTSIR hall of fame, is an exceptionally skilled professional who is steeped in knowledge of the Houston real estate market. He is keenly aware of the investment potential a home brings, something he learned from his grandmother who was a real estate investor. A native Houstonian, Blake is well known for his expertise in the Memorial area as he resided in Memorial for 30 years. Now living in the Galleria market, he typically works seven days a week and has also become a specialist in the Heights, Rice Military, River Oaks, Timbergrove, Tanglewood, Briargrove, Spring Valley, and Spring Branch areas.
Providing sterling service is Blake's number one priority as he is never satisfied unless his clients are 100% satisfied. Blake's clients are most impressed with his work ethic, extremely quick response time and 24/7 availability. These traits have generated a tremendous amount of repeat and referral business. He is known for his hands-on approach in guiding his clients through each step of a real estate transaction.
Blake graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Communications. He considered a career in radio or television, but quickly learned that real estate was his greatest passion and history has proven that he made the right decision. His realtor designations include: Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Negotiation Expert, Social Media Pro and Texas Realtors Leadership Program.
Most notably, Blake is a recipient of the Houston Association of Realtors "Top 20 under 40" award, given to real estate professionals who demonstrate excellence in sales, leadership, and community service. Blake has also been recognized as a "Rising Star Real Estate Agent" by Five Star Professional.
When Blake isn't working, he is involved with charitable organizations Spring Spirit and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. He was also a part of the 2018 Texas Realtors Leadership Program class that raised nearly $50,000 in Hurricane Harvey relief funds through Recovery Houston. Blake is a proud supporter of all Houston sports teams and attends UH Cougar football games when he can. A long time musician, he plays guitar in his free time.
