The Erfurdt family has resided in Houston for over 25 years and enjoys the Hill Country as well. While Patricia's greatest passion is her family, she also gives back to her community. Patricia volunteers with animal rescue programs to advocate and care for homeless dogs and cats, and she personally conducts a pet food drive each spring to collect needed supplies for the animals. Following her love of nature, Patricia also volunteers with the Houston Audubon Society.

Patricia helps buyers and sellers achieve their needs and dreams in both the residential and light commercial real estate markets. She maintains a strong presence in the Spring Branch community, and she assists clients from Huffman to Pearland and across the Houston Metro area. She also has experience in the Chappell Hill, Brenham, and Bellville small town destinations. Additionally, Patricia has contributed to her real estate profession on the HAR Engage Conference Advisory Group of Houston Association of REALTORS®.
