2021. Together, “The Filer Team” brings over 22 years of experience to the company. Broker Owner, Beverly Filer, first
received her license in 1999 and was a lifelong resident of Waller County, until moving to Grapeland 3 years ago, to
marry her now husband, Troy Filer. Troy received his real estate license last year and equally shares Beverly’s drive and
